Course Overview
This interactive instructor-led course provides participants with a foundational understanding of mental health, common mental health challenges, and the role everyone can play in creating a psychologically safe and supportive workplace. Participants will learn how to recognize early warning signs of mental health concerns, reduce stigma, communicate with empathy, and respond appropriately while maintaining professional boundaries. Through instructor-led discussions, case studies, breakout activities, self-reflection, and workplace scenarios, participants will gain practical skills to support mental well-being for themselves and others.
Note: This course is designed to increase awareness and promote supportive workplace practices. It does not prepare participants to diagnose mental health conditions or provide counselling or clinical intervention.
